The episode opens up with Tom Hannifan, in the studio, providing a welcome to Part Two of the Best of 2024. He then talks about the big shows that will be taking place next year, including TNA Genesis and the live edition of iMPACT! - both taking place next month.

Nic Nemeth vs. Josh Alexander for the TNA World Championship - 60 Minute Iron Man Match at TNA Emergence
The entire match is not shown, but enjoy my write up of the full match below (from the original coverage of TNA Emergence from August 30, 2024)…
Josh Alexander and Nic Nemeth circle each other and clinch. Alexander drives Nemeth into the ropes and they have a tense break. Alexander gets a bit of an advantage on the ground, but Nemeth reverses it and works over Alexander’s arm. They stand and Nemeth has a body stretch locked in, but Alexander drags Nemeth over and out of the hold.
They circle again and Nemeth gets control on the ground. He stretches the arm and wrestles the shoulders down for a one count. He uses his amateur wrestling to stay on top and into a roll up for a pin that Alexander kicks out of.
They lock up and Alexander is able to get behind Nemeth and drive him down. Nemeth gets back up and they circle each other. Nemeth ducks under and hooks Alexander’s leg into a roll up and a pin that Alexander kicks out of. They lock up again and Alexander rolls him into a headlock. Nemeth tries to roll into a pin, but Alexander regains control and works the headlock. Nemeth counters into a headscissor. Alexander pops his head out, but Nemeth almost gets a pin with the positioning. They stand and Alexander tosses Nemeth down.
They circle and lock up. Nemeth uses his wrestling to get behind Alexander, but Alexander grabs an arm and twists it. He stretches the arm and works the wrist. Alexander works the joints and snaps Nemeth’s fingers before getting control again of the arm. Nemeth floats over and takes Alexander’s back. He rolls it into a pin that Alexander kicks out of.
They lock hands and Alexander launches Nemeth into the ropes. Nemeth is slow to recover and Alexander locks in a headlock. Nemeth powers up and hits a big drop kick, but Alexander is able to pick an Ankle Lock. Nemeth uses the ropes to break it up.
Nemeth gets tossed after clinching Alexander and Alexander locks in the headlock again. Nemeth reverses it into a headscissor, but Alexander gets back into the controlling headlock again. Nemeth is able to get to his feet, but Alexander hits a running tackle - followed by a chop block. Alexander goes to attack the leg, but Nemeth reverses it into a roll up for a pinfall!

About 50 minutes to go
Nemeth shows off that his leg is fine and Alexander goes on the attack right away. He works Nemeth over in the corner. He brings him into another corner and chops him hard. He goes for a chop again, but Nemeth ducks and gets in some chops of his own. He climbs to the middle turnbuckle and throws down some punches. Alexander picks Nemeth up, though, and hits a backbreaker for a two count.
Alexander begins to work on Nemeth’s back. Nemeth hits some back elbows, but Alexander hits another backbreaker for a two count. Alexander keeps working Nemeth’s back with backbreakers and by dropping Nemeth onto the turnbuckle. Nemeth briefly gets a comeback with a suplex, but Alexander drives him into the corner.
Alexander pulls Nemeth from the corner. Nemeth tries to hold on to the turnbuckle, but the turnbuckle rips off and Nemeth goes flying. Alexander works over Nemeth’s back more with a knee in his back while holding a chinlock. The turnbuckle remains exposed. Alexander drives down on Nemeth’s back for a two count.
Nemeth tries to fight back with some strikes. He works Alexander over in the corner. Alexander reverses Nemeth into the opposite turnbuckle (not the exposed one) chest first, which drops Nemeth. Alexander hits a delayed suplex for a two count. Alexander kicks at Nemeth as Nemeth tries to stand up. This gives Nemeth a boost of energy, but Alexander cuts it off with a big knee.
Alexander gets into it with the crowd, allowing Nemeth to roll him up for a two count. Alexander quickly shuts down the comeback, though, with a forearm and an uppercut. Alexander charges at Nemeth, but Nemeth moves and Alexander goes through the ropes to the outside. Nemeth follows him out and hits a chop. Alexander returns with a chop of his own. Alexander hits an uppercut and then drives Nemeth’s head onto the apron. Nemeth gets in a headbutt and then throws Alexander into the steel steps.
Nemeth throws Alexander back into the ring and hits some running strikes. He throws down punches in the corner and hits a neckbreaker. He hits Shots to the Heart, but Alexander moves on the tenth one. Nemeth slams Alexander down and then hits a top rope elbow drop. Alexander rolls that into a quick pin for a two count.
Alexander goes for the C4 Spike, but Nemeth gets out of it. Nemeth goes for a Fame-Asser, but Alexander gets out of it. They exchange two count roll ups until Nemeth hits a Fame-Asser for a two count. Nemeth goes for the Danger Zone, but Alexander holds onto the ropes. Alexander hits a big strike, but Nemeth shakes it off to hit the Danger Zone for a pinfall!

The clock isn’t on the screen at the moment, but I think there is about 35 minutes to go
Nemeth drives Alexander’s head into the top turnbuckle (not the exposed one) a few times for a two count. Nemeth hits a neckbreaker for a two count. Nemeth locks in a modified Bow and Arrow. Alexander is able to twist Nemeth’s arm to get out of it. Nemeth hits one Shot to the Heart for a two count. Nemeth goes to work over Alexander on the ground again, but Alexander picks the leg for an Ankle Lock. Nemeth hits an up-kick, though, and a drop kick for a two count.
Alexander rolls to the apron. Nemeth tries to grab him, but Alexander drives Nemeth down onto the rope. Alexander gets back into the ring and they exchange strikes. Nemeth gains the striking control, but Alexander kicks out his leg. Alexander grabs Nemeth’s leg and twists his ankle and knee. Nemeth snaps Alexander’s fingers to get out of it.
Alexander gets a hold of Nemeth and hits ten German Suplexes. Alexander goes to lift Nemeth, but Nemeth gets behind Alexander and hits ten German Suplexes of his own. Alexander gets up and hits a German Suplex. Nemeth returns with one of his own. They both get to their feet and then fall down. The referee starts his count.
They both get up at 9 and exchange strikes in the middle of the ring. Alexander tries to twist Nemeth into him, but Nemeth hits a headbutt that knocks off Alexander’s headgear. Nemeth charges in, but Alexander grabs an Ankle Lock. Nemeth reaches for the ropes, but Alexander puts his boot on the back of Nemeth’s head and then drags Nemeth back to the center of the ring and wraps his legs around Nemeth’s leg. Nemeth scratches and claws to the ropes to break the hold.
Alexander stomps on Nemeth’s leg to continue working it over. He goes to the outside and drives Nemeth’s leg down on the apron. He goes back into the ring and grabs Nemeth’s ankle. He twists at it and then places it on the bottom rope. He uses the rope as leverage to jump up and bring his weight down on the ankle. Nemeth is down on the mat and doing his best to create distance between himself and Alexander. He can’t get up and put weight on his leg. Alexander gets to him, though, and continues to twist at and attack the leg.
Nemeth is able to get some strikes in and tries to hit a DDT. Alexander pushes him off into the referee, though. Alexander launches Nemeth across the ring and the referee is down. Alexander takes a table out from under the ring. He sets it up outside of the ring. He gets on the apron with Nemeth. He sets Nemeth up for the C4 Spike, but Nemeth blocks it. Nemeth back body drops Alexander onto the ring apron.
They are on the outside of the ring. Nemeth gets a headbutt in, but Alexander drives Nemeth into the side of the ring and throws him back into the ring. Nemeth tries to hit a DDT, but Alexander catches him and turns it into a Spinning Tombstone. The referee is back in action and Alexander gets a two count.
Alexander goes to the outside and grabs a chair. He brings it into the ring and the referee warns him. Alexander gives him the chair. The referee disposes of the chair. As he is doing so, Alexander takes out a foreign object and hits Nemeth with it. He hides the evidence and gets the pinfall!

About 15 minutes to go
Alexander goes for another pin and gets a two count. He goes for another pin and gets a two count. Alexander picks Nemeth up and Nemeth is able to lock on a Sleeper. Alexander drives Nemeth into the corner, but Nemeth doesn’t let go of the Sleeper. Alexander drops Nemeth down and Nemeth still doesn’t let go as they are on the mat. Alexander is able to stand up with Nemeth on his back with the Sleeper still locked on. Alexander drives Nemeth into the corner again, but Nemeth refuses to let go. Alexander starts to climb the ropes. They fall out of the ring and the hold is finally broken. The referee begins his count.
Alexander gets back in the ring first, but rolls onto the apron. Nemeth knocks him off to the outside and follows him out there. Alexander picks Nemeth up on his shoulders and drops him down hard on the outside. Alexander rolls into the ring and the referee begins his count.
Nemeth gets back into the ring at the count of 9. Alexander goes for the C4 Spike twice, but Nemeth blocks it both times. Nemeth back body drops Alexander to the outside and Alexander goes through the table. The referee begins his count.
Alexander is able to get back into the ring at the count of 9. Alexander is able to hit the C4 Spike almost right away, but Nemeth gets his foot on the bottom rope to break up the pinfall. Nemeth rolls to the outside. Alexander follows him. Alexander gets in a couple of hard strikes and throws Nemeth back into the ring. Nemeth hits a jumping DDT for a two count.
Nemeth charges at Alexander in the corner, but Alexander gets a boot up. Alexander goes up to the second rope, but Nemeth hits a running strike. Nemeth meets Alexander on the top rope. Alexander strikes Nemeth off the ropes and onto the mat. Nemeth gets up and gets back up to the top rope. Nemeth hits a superplex for a two count.
About 5 minutes left.
They exchange strikes in the middle of the ring. Alexander kicks out the ankle of Nemeth and lowers his straps. Nemeth hits a superkick for a two count.
About 4 minutes left.
Nemeth goes for a German Suplex. Alexander blocks it and hits one of his own.
About 3 minutes left.
Nemeth hits a flurry of strikes and headbutts. Alexander lifts him and hits Snake Eyes on the exposed turnbuckle. Alexander hits the Danger Zone for a two count.
About 2 minutes left.
Alexander goes for a C4 Spike. It’s blocked. He goes for it again. Blocked. He goes for it again, but Nemeth flips Alexander over for a two count. They get up and Nemeth hits the Danger Zone.
About 1 minute left.
Nemeth goes for a C4 Spike. He hits it for a pinfall!

Time runs out and Nic Nemeth wins!
Winner and STILL TNA World Champion: Nic Nemeth
Nic Nemeth is celebrating after the match when John Layfield walks down the ramp. John Layfield enters the ring and whispers something to Nemeth. Nemeth seems to be into whatever it was that was said and John Layfield exits the ring and walks back up the ramp as the show ends.
Back to Tom Hannifan in the studio, who talks about Nic Nemeth defending his World Championship against Joe Hendry at TNA Genesis next month.
Tom Hannifan talks about the X-Division and how it has no limits. He talks about all the great X-Division wrestlers from this year. However, no one was better than this year’s 2024 X-Division Star of the Year - Mustafa Ali.
Mustafa Ali is shown with the award. He says that he had a plan for the X-Division and it worked. He did so much and is so thankful. He says that the only thing that could make it better would be…maybe winning the title again?
Mustafa Ali vs. Chis Sabin for the TNA X-Division Championship - No Surrender 2024
They circle and lock up. They joust for control until Mustafa Ali grabs some of Chris Sabin’s hair and drives him into the corner. They break and lock hands. Ali works over an arm. Sabin flips out of it and works an arm himself. They exchange arm drags and have a stalemate.
Ali ducks under a lock up and goes behind. They counter each other’s arm cranks multiple times until Ali hits Sabin with a back elbow. Ali slaps on a headlock on the mat. Sabin stands out of it and they run the ropes. Ali hits a tackle. They run the ropes again and they both go for a dropkick. They have another stalemate.
Sabin spins out of a lock of hands and drags Ali down with a headlock. Ali stands out of it and sends Sabin to the ropes. Sabin hits a tackle and hits the ropes. Sabin jumps over a grab and locks Ali up with an arm and back stretch. Sabin transitions to a bow and arrow, but Ali almost turns it into a pin. Sabin hits a big clothesline after Ali “kicks sand” at Sabin.
Sabin gets in some punches and sends Ali into the ropes. Ali holds on and goes to the outside. Sabin goes after Ali, but Ali pulls him down over the top rope. Sabin recovers and hits a headscissors on the apron, sending Ali to the floor. Ali is sent back into the ring and Sabin climbs the ropes. He hits a crossbody for a two count.
Sabin slaps on a headlock on the mat. Ali stands out of it and hits a jawbreaker. Ali flips over a Sabin charge and climbs the ropes. Sabin stops his progress and joins him at the top. Ali hits a headbutt, sending Sabin down to the mat. Ali hits a 450 to the arm of Sabin, who was holding the rope to try and stand up.
Back from commercial, Ali is in full control with an STF locked on. He transitions that into a crossface and then a modified Border City Stretch. Sabin gets out of it, but eats a hard shot. Ali stomps down on Sabin on the mat. Sabin eats a hard kick to the back. Ali works over Sabin’s arm, but Sabin is able to hit a German Suplex. Ali recovers fast with a superkick to the back of Sabin’s head. Sabin recovers and gets in a flurry of strikes that ends with a Penalty Kick. Both men are slow to get up.
Both men beat the referee’s count, but Sabin has more energy. He drops Ali a couple of times and then hits a big kick. Sabin climbs to the second rope, but eats a big chop. Ali climbs up the ropes, but is thrown off. Sabin hits a leaping, spinning DDT for a two count.
Sabin gets a two count on a couple of roll ups and then locks on a crossface. Ali makes it to the ropes. Sabin pulls back on the crossface before breaking the hold and then rains down punches on Ali. Sabin climbs the ropes, but is pushed off by Ali. Ali climbs the ropes with Sabin on the apron. Sabin pushes Ali off of the ropes, but Ali lands on his feet on the floor after a flip. Sabin jumps at Ali, but Ali dropkicks him. Ali throws Sabin into the ring and climbs the ropes. Sabin ducks under an Ali leaping attack. Ali runs at Sabin. Sabin moves out of the way and Ali runs into the turnbuckles HARD. Both men are slow to get up.
Both men beat the referee’s count and exchange strikes in the center of the ring. Ali moves out of the way of a running Sabin in the corner. Ali goes for a springboard move, but Sabin hits him and Ali goes to the floor. Sabin hits a crossbody off of the top rope onto Ali and his security.
The Good Hands come out and district Sabin. Ali takes advantage and rolls Sabin into the ring. Sabin shakes it off and hits Ali with a superkick. He goes for Cradle Shock, but is distracted again by The Good Hands. Ali almost gets a win on a roll up. Sabin hits a Clothesline from Hell, Michigan and Cradle Shock for a two count.
Sabin stomps down on Ali’s hand and gives him a big kick. Sabin sets up for Cradle Shock from the second rope, but Ali strikes out of it. Sabin runs at Ali in the ropes, but Ali hits a Sunset Powerbomb and then a 450 for the win!

Masha Slamovich & Alisha Edwards vs. Spitfire for the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship - Victory Road 2024

If Spitfire does not win, they must split up. Tasha Steelz is replacing Alisha Edwards due to Edwards not being cleared to wrestle. Alisha is at ringside.
Dani Luna and Tasha Steelz start things off. They lock up and Luna immediately throws Steelz down. They circle and Steelz goes behind. She tries to drag Luna over, but Luna blocks it. Steelz uses her quickness to make Luna miss an attack. Masha Slamovich tags in, as does Jody Threat.
Masha and Threat block each other’s attacks until Threat is able to get a frenzied attack on Masha in the corner, followed by an Exploder for a one count. Luna tags in. She slams Masha and then slams Threat onto Masha for a two count. Threat tags back in and Spitfire goes for a double suplex. Steelz breaks it up.
Threat is disposed of to the floor and Masha hits a Brainbuster on Threat for a two count. Masha hairmares Threat a few times, followed by a kick for a one count. Steelz tags in. She chokes Threat on the bottom rope. Threat tries to tag in Luna, but Steelz steps on her hand. Steelz chops Threat in the corner and hits a running elbow, then an uppercut. She hits a snapmare and then a kick to the chest for a two count.
Steelz drags Threat to Masha and tags Masha in. Masha hits a series of suplexes for a two count. Steelz tags back in. Threat gets in some strikes and tries to tag in Luna. Steelz cuts her off and lays in some punches. Steelz locks in a Camel Clutch and transitions it into a cover for a one count. She tries two more covers and gets a one count each time. Steelz lays in some more punches. Threat is thrown into the corner with Masha and knocks Masha off of the apron. She levels Steelz and crawls to Luna. Masha tags in. Luna tags in and comes in hot.
Luna levels Steelz. Levels Masha. Luna suplexes Steelz from the second rope. She hits a Fallaway Slam on Masha into Steelz in the corner. Luna powerbombs Masha for a two count. Threat is tagged in.
Spitfire sets up Masha, but Steelz drags Luna to the outside. Steelz kicks Threat and Masha hits a German Suplex on her for a two count. They try to double team Threat, but Luna enters the ring. Steelz stops her. Masha hits a Snow Plow on Threat and covers her. Luna throws Steelz into Masha to break up the pin.
Spitfire is regrouping in the corner and tries to fire each other up. Masha and Steelz attack and try to double team Threat. Luna breaks it up. Spitfire hits stereo fireman’s carry slams and follows it with Pressure Drop for the win!

A TNA Genesis commercial airs.
Tom Hannifan talks about TNA Genesis. He then announces that the 2024 TNA Male Wrestler of the Year is…Joe Hendry! Hendry is shown with the award. He thanks the fans. Hendry talks about rushing home from school at 15 years old to watch TNA and now…he’s the Male Wrestler of the Year. He is looking forward to 2025.
Joe Hendry vs. Eddie Edwards - iMPACT - June 30, 3034
The match is joined in progress. Eddie Edwards has control, working Joe Hendry over on the mat. Edwards slaps Hendry and gives him a chop. Edwards gives Hendry another chop. He goes for another chop, but Hendry is fired up and catches it. Hendry hits Edwards with a couple of clotheslines and then a Fallaway Slam.
Hendry kips up and Edwards rolls out of the ring. Brian Myers and Alisha Edwards try to pump Edwards up, but Hendry runs around the ring and hits Edwards with a clothesline. The Nemeth Brothers are ringside, supporting Joe Hendry.
Back in the ring, Hendry works Edwards over in the corner. Hendry hits a running cutter for a two count. Hendry gets in some uppercuts, but eats a clothesline by Edwards. Edwards climbs the ropes, but Hendry cuts him off. Edwards hits a headbutt, sending Hendry to the mat. Hendry pops back up and hits a Fallaway Slam from the second rope for a two count.
Edwards drives Hendry into the corner and hits an enzuigiri. Edwards climbs the ropes with Hendry and hits a superplex on Hendry. Edwards hits a Tiger Driver for a two count. Edwards kicks at Hendry on the mat. Edwards pulls down his knee pad and goes for the Boston Knee Party. Edwards runs at Hendry, but Hendry grabs him and hits Standing Ovation for the win!
Winner: Joe Hendry

The bell rings and they shake hands. They circle. Grace quickly takes Masha’s back, but Masha grabs an arm. They do some chain wrestling and then lock fingers in a test of strength. Grace gets control and grabs a headlock. Grace hits the ropes and gets a tackle. Masha hits the ropes and Grace hits a slam.
Masha gets up and uses some quickness to take control with some kicks, unable to drop Grace, though. Grace goes to the outside and Masha hits a twisting dive. Masha throws Grace back into the ring and avoids a shoulder tackle through the ropes by Grace. Masha’s leg is caught by Grace. Grace doesn’t break right away and then kicks Masha's leg. Masha favors her leg and Grace uses the ropes to stomp onto Masha.
Grace continues her attack on the outside, using the ringpost as she spins Masha’s leg into it, and then rolls Masha back inside the ring. Grace targets Masha’s leg, locking in a leg lock. Masha grabs the ropes to break up the hold. Grace goes for the Juggernaut Driver, but Masha blocks it. Masha rolls up Grace, but Grace kicks out. Masha goes for a kick, but Grace blocks it - hurting Masha’s leg further.
Grace goes on the attack, but Masha blocks with kicks from her good leg, followed by a spinning kick for a two count. Masha tries to set up the Snow Plow, but Grace gets out of it. Masha locks on a guillotine choke. Grace powers out of it and hits a Juggernaut Jackhammer for a two count.
Grace goes for the Juggernaut Driver, but Masha strikes out of it. Grace slams Masha and goes for the Vader Bomb. Masha moves out of the way and tries to hit a Canadian Destroyer. Grace blocks it. Grace works Masha over in the corner. Masha is able to hit a leaping hurricanrana, though, followed by a Snow Plow for a two count.
They exchange some strikes. Masha is favoring her leg, but is able to hit a springboard crossbody for a two count. Masha hits a running knee in the corner twice and then a rolling kick for a two count. They counter each other’s moves until Grace hits a Tombstone German Suplex and a Kryptonite Krunch for a two count.
Masha tries to suplex Grace out of the ring but Grace is blocking it. Masha trips Grace off of the ropes. Grace falls hard into the ring and Masha falls out of the ring. Masha gets back on the ring apron and they exchange strikes between the ropes. Masha climbs to the top. Grace strikes at her and tries to hit the Muscle Buster. Masha wiggles out and hits a knee. Masha hits the Burning Hammer for a two count.
They exchange strikes until Masha gets in some kicks. Grace catches a kick and throws Masha. Grace hits the Juggernaut Driver for a very close two count. Grace transitions into a leg lock. Masha almost gets to the ropes. Grace transitions into the Stretch Muffler. Masha gets to the ropes.
Grace lifts Masha and sits her on the top rope. Grace goes to the top, as well. Masha blocks Grace’s plan with headbutts. Masha hits a Snow Plow off of the top rope, followed by a piledriver for the win!
