It is Saturday and AEW Collision was recorded Thursday at the The Brady Music Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our commentary team is Tony Schiavone, Matt Menard, and Nigel McGuinness.

We get the show opening promos.

Hangman Adam Page vs Christopher Daniels - Texas Death Match

They jack jaws in the middle of the ring and Page starts by beating down Daniels around the ring. Page gets a leaping clothesline, knocking Daniels off the apron. When they return to the ring, Daniels gets a drop-kick through the ropes onto Page. They fight on the floor, with Page grabbing a chair, and Daniels is busted open.

Page pulls out barbed wire from under the ring and they are both in the ring and Page uses it on Daniels’s head. Page then whips Daniels with the barbed wire and then wraps it around his head and pulls back. Page gets a big boot and grabs more barbed wire and wraps it wound his arm for a lariat as we go to picture in picture.

When we return to full screen, Daniels and Page fight on the apron to avoid being put through the table at ringside. Daniels is run head first into a chair wedged between the ropes in the corner. Daniels is a bloody mess and is rolled onto the table. Page hits a double stomp onto Daniels through the table. Page pulls out a barbed wire topped table and shoves it into the ring. Page and Daniels fight to the top turnbuckle where Daniels gets an uri nage on Page through the table.

Daniels followed up with a German suplex and a back trip slam. Page is able to stop Daniels with an arm drag and then sets for a buckshot from the ring onto Daniels on the ramp. Daniels avoids and they jockey for position and Page gets a back body drop into the ring. Page nails Page with barbed wire and then tries for a buckshot with barbed wire, and instead Daniels gets a flatliner and holds on, but Page is able to rake the barbed wire across Daniels’s face.

Daniels blocks a deadeye and reverses it into Angels’ wings and both men are down. Daniels gets another uri nage and hits the Best Moonsault Ever. He puts a shard of the table on Page and hits another BME. Page pops up at 9. Page gets a lariat and then hits a pile driver onto Daniels on a chair. He follows with a Deadeye on the chair. Page follows with a buckshot to the back of Daniels’s head and the ref counts him out.

Winner: Adam Page

A REALLY bloody match, hard to watch, and just a spotfest with lots of weapons and blood.

Page returns to the wing after Daniels is checked by the doctor, and then Page hits an Angel Wings on Daniels before leaving.

We are back from commercial as Tony Schaivone calls Rookie of the Year Toni Storm to the ring. Toni is so excited to go to Grand Slam in Australia and perform in the place where she saw her first live event. Toni says that her opponent, Mariah May is the best in the business and she will introduce herself to her on Dynamite.

We then get a promo from MVP saying that after beating Private Party they are the number one contenders for the Tag Team Titles.

Max Caster in the ring and he says he wants to clear the air with his partner, Anthony Bowens. Bowens obliges him and Caster says their biggest problem is that Bowens won’t admit he is the best wrestler alive.  Bowens says it’s time for Caster to listen and he has spent five years protecting Caster. Bowens says that Caster made him a liar, because Max Caster is an arrogance edge lord piece of s#!t.

Bowens says he is selfish and has lost the team spirit as Caster shows he has the copyright on ”Best Wrestler Alive”. Bowens says he has every tool to be world champion and puts himself over. As Bowens backs Caster up, Billy Gunn comes to the ring. Gunn asks what is wrong with them.

Caster says Gunn doesn’t care about him when he attached himself to them when he is the Best Wrestler Alive.  Oh, and Bowens is good too. Caster then runs down Gunn and Gunn cuts him off. Caster says he has to choose between him or Billy Gunn.

Bowens holds out the scissor to Caster and then turns it into flipping the bird at him. Caster says the Acclaimed is over because HE is breaking up the team and he will prove to everyone that he is the best wrestler alive. Bowens tells him to get the hell out of his life and as he and Gunn scissor, Caster fumes in the entryway.
