WTHR in Indianapolis featured a piece on Wrestlecon over Royal Rumble weekend.
The Baron Von Raschke documentary The Claw will be having a pair of screenings at the Minnesota Made Film Festival. The plot - "The Jekyll-and-Hyde story of James Raschke, AKA Baron von Raschke, one of the greatest villains in the history of professional wrestling. Using Super 8 family footage, rare 16mm vintage clips, and raucous re-creations of actual events starring the Baron himself, what gets revealed is a gentle man still coming to terms with his past, whose only reason to keep on fighting is his love for his family." A Backyard in Delaware, the documentary billed as the "untold story of the East Coast Wrestling Association" is now streaming on Prime Video. Promotional material notes, "From it's humble beginnings in a backyard in Wilmington, to becoming one of the most influential independent wrestling promotions of all time. The documentary follows Jim Kettner, the founder of ECWA, and features over 100 interviews that took place across the span of the last two years. Featuring never-before-seen photos and video, the project covers the highs and lows of Kettner's 40 plus year professional wrestling journey, told for the first time in historic detail."
