Did Logan Paul get hurt vs. Rey Mysterio early on Raw a few weeks ago? He seemed like something was wrong for a bit of the match.
No, we are told he did not get hurt but just was a little "off" early on. One WWE source noted, "People forget he's only had maybe 20 matches and he's still learning. Not everything is going to be perfect every time."
Not quite sure how since she's just back and I respect the hell out of her recovery work but ......... I'm so over/bored by Charlotte Flair. What do you think could be done to rehabilitate her character? I miss the old Charlotte/Becky fights where they just smacked the crap out of each other and were treated as equals.
I don't think anything needs to be done. You miss Becky vs. Flair but Becky isn't back on TV yet so how are you going to get that? I can appreciate you aren't interested in what Flair is doing right now but based on her crowd reactions and the strength of her work, I think you are in the vast minority on this one.
Do you think that AEW shifting to smaller venues will help them rebuild their mojo in the long run?
I hope so, but it's not the prime solution. I do think it's made the shows a little bit more fun to watch in terms of atmosphere. It's not something that will be the answer. I don't believe more people will watch vs. won't watch because it's a more intimate venue, but for those watching, it may make the shows more electric. When it comes to promotions getting cold and then getting hotter again, traditionally, these things go in cycles and It's going to need to be a lot of luck, good creative and performances over a long period of time to get things going again. It may be years. WCW got cold in 1990 and didn't get truly hot again until Scott Hall and Kevin Nash arrived, which was years later.
What is the status of Wardlow, and Keith Lee?
Keith Lee was recently at a Collision in Texas.
Wardlow is said to be out with an injury.
They are still with the company.
Any chance the NXT title is defended at Wrestlemania this year?
I haven't heard of any specific plans but since they are doing Stand and Deliver that weekend, I tend to think it's not in the plans. I do believe an argument can be made that at least one NXT title should be included over Wrestlemania's Two Nights, but real estate on those shows, even with the expansion to multiple nights, is hard to come by.
