On Friday night at our Annual Night to Remember Banquet we the fans get to say Thank You to this Legend for all the years of Entertainment he gave us.
He started his career in 1977. It was in 1984 the world got to finally see him on the Big stage in the WWF as Brutus Beefcake.
In 1985 he would team with Greg the Hammer Valentine to form the The Dream Team and win the WWF Tag Team Titles.
Over the next few years The Dream Team would put on classic matches vs The British Bulldogs, The Rougeau Brothers, The Killer Bees and more.
It was at Wrestlemania 3 where Brutus would turn face and help Roddy Piper defeat Adrian Adonis and shave his head after the match.
From 1987 until 1990 Brutus the Barber Beefcake was one of the most popular wrestlers in the WWF.
Brutus would suffer a career ending injury in 1990 that would have ended anyone's career but not Brutus. He worked himself back in to the ring and continued as a ring performer until 2015.
In 2019 he took his rightful spot in the WWE Hall of Fame.
You might remember him as The Barber, The Zodiac, The Booty Man, The Butcher, The Disciple or other names he used throughout his career but on August 1st we will all Honor the one and only Brutus the Barber Beefcake.
