It was officially announced during yesterday's Nintendo Direct showcasing their new Switch 2 console launching June 5, that WWE 2K games will be coming to the next generation handheld hybrid platform.
Following the disastrous performance of WWE 2K18 on the original Switch hardware, the last WWE 2K release that made it to Nintendo platforms was the over-the-top arcade brawler 2K Battlegrounds in in 2020.
