How the hell does Rhea Ripley deserve to be added to the Title match?
Other than the fans loving her and wanting to see her, she doesn’t. First, she lost the Title. Then she demanded a rematch, even though Adam Pearce said he was trying to get her to accept the rematch for THREE WEEKS. Then, Bianca wins the Elimination Chamber and earns her spot. Rhea gets the rematch and hits the ref a few times and the match gets thrown out. She had her chance. Then Pearce adds her for reasons that make no sense and Bianca, who should be pissed the odds just went down on her winning, is fine with it. It makes no sense to me.
And then I had to watch Jey Uso say he was scared of Gunther, after taking on and standing up to Roman Reigns? He won The Royal Rumble and then became scared and lost all of his confidence. It took Gunther beating up his brother to make Jey stop being a coward? Serious question: Is Vince back booking?
That is exactly how I saw that segment too, it was stupid. How are you supposed too get behind a babyface who is scared of the champion? It’s ridiculous and yes, very Vince like.
I'm reading your answers about Orton and KO and wouldn't it make sense to have Sami Zayn step in for his friend? Unless there's something I don't remember where they're not getting along again.
Yes, you are forgetting that they just went to War last month in The Elimination Chamber, which led to Orton’s return. It would make zero sense of Sami to want to come in and fight Orton. Given the build to this year’s WrestleMania though, it may happen.
Do you think part of the reason for the dull build is that there's so much time between Elimination Chamber and Wrestlemania this year that they kind of in a holding pattern until they close to Wrestlemania?
No, I don’t. In fact, that extra time could have been used to build up issues and feuds. Instead, they went backward. Just look at the examples above. They could have built to reasons why Rhea belonged and played off of the amazing fan support that Jey had after The Rumble win. Instead, they fed us the dreck we have gotten.
Should Triple H put in a call to Austin Powers and ask him to help him find his lost Mojo?
If you mean Rawley? No. If you mean his formerly great booking mind? Absolutely, 100 percent! I hope after Mania is over he can get back to the old HHH. I truly wonder if he is feeling pressure because Mania isn’t selling the way that it did last year and he is booking scared instead of smart. It that is the case, things probably will stay the same, which is a shame because the main reason ticket sales are down are the obscene prices that WWE is charging and there is nothing he can do to combat that.
