We have received a lot of emails about The Rock posting a photo on Instagram wearing a New Japan Pro Wrestling t-shirt, especially given the timing that next week is Wrestlemania and he's hardly mentioned it on his social media of late. The post in question:
"Slightly intellectually intimidated, but keeping faith alive."
In asking around, no one was willing to share as to why The Rock posted wearing the shirt, but of course intimated he did so for a reason. What else would they say?
New Japan has responded, posting:
"IFFFF YAAAAA SMELLLLL WHAT THE LION IS COOKING."
