This week’s episode starts off with a recap of last week’s iMPACT! — AJ Francis clinching his spot in the TNA International Championship Final, Eddie Edwards defeating Steve Maclin thanks to distractions from The System and The Northern Armory, and Joe Hendry ignoring medical advice to wrestle at both Unbreakable and Rebellion.

Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt are on commentary, and they welcome everyone to St. Joseph, Missouri.
Jason Hotch with Tasha Steelz vs. Laredo
During his entrance, Jason Hotch is looking over his shoulder and trying to get a message to John Skyler through the camera since he hasn’t seen Skyler since Mike Santana drove off with him last week.
They circle and lock up. Hotch backs Laredo up into the ropes and goes for a chop, but Laredo ducks. Neither man can get a hold of the other, so Laredo just slaps Hotch’s back. Laredo then hits a swinging headscissors and a rope-assisted arm drag. Laredo hits a basement dropkick, sending Hotch to the outside. Laredo goes for a dive, but Tasha Steelz distracts him and Laredo lands on the apron. Hotch trips up Laredo and sends him back into the ring for a two-count.
Hotch chops Laredo and then whips him into the corner hard. Hotch tries to whip Laredo across the ring again, but Laredo holds on. Hotch gives him a chop and goes to whip him again, but Laredo reverses and Hotch goes into the corner. Laredo hits a neckbreaker and climbs to the top rope. Laredo hits a missile dropkick, sending Hotch to the floor. Laredo hits a dive through the ropes.
Laredo sends Hotch back into the ring and hits a running forearm in the corner. Laredo slams Hotch down and then hits a moonsault off of the ropes. Laredo hits a second moonsault, this one twisting, for a two-count. Laredo goes for a third moonsault, but Hotch moves out of the way and hits an enzuigiri. Hotch hits a neckbreaker for a two-count. Laredo recovers with a slap to the face, but Hotch returns with a kick to the head. Hotch lifts Laredo up onto the ropes and follows him up. Laredo grabs Hotch, though, and hits a slam off of the ropes for a two-count.
Laredo punches at Hotch and goes for a springboard crossbody. Hotch catches him, though, and hits a backbreaker for a two-count. Hotch goes to the outside and looks under the ring. He tells Steelz to look as well. Hotch is worried that Mike Santana might be under there. Laredo takes advantage of the holdup to meet Hotch at the top rope. Laredo hits a Laredo Fly for the win!
Winner: Laredo
Gia Miller is in the back with Leon Slater. Slater has a lot going on with Unbreakable and Rebellion, but he has to face Brian Myers tonight first. Slater remembers Myers hitting him with The System ring and says it won’t happen again. Slater has learned a lot and is ready to beat Myers. After that, Slater will be focused on Rebellion and becoming the youngest TNA X-Division Champion in history.
Santino Marella is in the back and is approached by Cody Deaner. Deaner is worried about his contract expiring. Marella has a phone call scheduled with the board where they will be going over contracts. The board is worried about wins and losses, though. Deaner says that it’s about the fans, not wins and losses. Plus, he has a family. Marella reiterates the board’s expectations. Marella says that he has a spot open for the Ultimate X match. It’ll be Deaner vs. KC Navarro to see who fills that spot.
NXT’s Jazmyn Nyx with Fallon Henley and Jacy Jayne vs. Xia Brookside with Lei Ying Lee
They lock up and break after neither woman can gain the advantage. A second lockup allows Xia Brookside to grab a hold of an arm and bring Jazmyn Nyx down. Nyx transitions to a headscissors, but Brookside handstands out of it. They stand and Nyx grabs an arm. Brookside rolls out of it and tries a couple of roll-ups, but Nyx kicks out.
Brookside calls for a test of strength, but Nyx kicks her in the midsection. Nyx charges in the corner, but Brookside blocks it and hits a dropkick for a two-count. Brookside goes for a monkey flip, but Nyx catches her and sends Brookside into the turnbuckle. Nyx works Brookside over in the corner and then chokes her on the middle rope. Nyx trips up Brookside and hits a running kick for a two-count.
Brookside tries to fight back, but Nyx clubs down on her back. Nyx hits a fisherman’s suplex, but Brookside kicks out. Nyx clubs down on Brookside again and then stomps down on her back. Nyx hits a running bulldog on the second turnbuckle and follows it with a kick for a one-count. Nyx slaps on a chinlock. Brookside fights out of it, but both women hit a kick to the head. They are slow to get up, but once they do, they exchange strikes as they stand.
Brookside lays in some hard forearms and a couple of clotheslines. Brookside hits a headscissors and goes for Broken Wings, but Nyx moves out of the way. Nyx hits a leaping kick for a two-count. Brookside hits a jawbreaker and then climbs to the second rope. Brookside hits a crossbody for a two-count. Brookside sends Nyx into the corner and hits Broken Wings. Fallon Henley distracts Brookside. Lei Ying Lee gets in Henley’s face as Jacy Jayne distracts Brookside. Rosemary runs down and spits green mist into Jacy Jayne’s face. Nyx tries to suplex Brookside, but Brookside counters with a roll-up for the win!
Winner: Xia Brookside
Cody Deaner vs. KC Navarro – Ultimate X Qualifying Match
Cody Deaner has a microphone during his entrance. Tonight, he’s not only fighting for the fans… he’s fighting for his job. In order to keep his job, he has to win tonight. Some people think he can’t do it, but Deaner knows that if he has the crowd on his side—he can win!
Deaner gets in KC Navarro’s face and Navarro takes the microphone. Navarro reminds Deaner of his lack of wins over the last year. The fans don’t want to see Deaner in Ultimate X—they want to see Navarro in the match. Navarro offers Deaner $500 to forfeit the match. Deaner considers the money for a moment but reminds Navarro that it’s the people’s choice. The crowd tells Deaner to stay, so he does.
Deaner clocks Navarro in the face and follows up with some more punches. Deaner rains down more punches in the corner and then shoves the money in Navarro’s mouth. Deaner gets in one more punch for a two-count. Deaner sends Navarro into the ropes, but Navarro catches himself. Navarro trips Deaner up into the ropes and hits the 305.
Navarro chops Deaner in the corner and whips him across the ring. Navarro gets in a couple of shots and then snaps Deaner’s neck. He follows that up with a double stomp for a two-count. Navarro slaps on a chinlock, but Deaner fights out of it and hits a series of clotheslines and a bulldog. Deaner lifts up Navarro and spins him around. Deaner hits a TKO for a two-count.
Navarro rolls to the apron. Deaner tries to drag him back into the ring, but the referee breaks it up. Navarro takes off his necklace. Deaner tries to lift Navarro back into the ring, but Navarro hits him with the necklace. Navarro makes the pin for the win!
Winner and Qualified for the Ultimate X Match at Rebellion: KC Navarro
The Personal Concierge is in the ring to remind everyone that Ash by Elegance is on vacation. He introduces Maggie Lee, who is not up to the Elegance Brand standards. However, her chance starts tonight to prove that she can be elegant.
Heather by Elegance and Maggie Lee with The Personal Concierge vs. NXT’s Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley
Maggie Lee and Gigi Dolin start things off with a lock-up. Lee forces Dolin into the corner and hits a knee. Lee sends Dolin across the ring, but Gigi avoids a running strike. Dolin is able to tie Lee up in the ropes. Dolin tags in Tatum Paxley and hits a dropkick. Paxley and Dolin then hit a double dropkick for a two-count.
Paxley tries to suplex Lee, but Lee blocks it and hits a suplex of her own. Lee tries to tag in Heather, but Heather refuses. Paxley is able to gain the advantage and tags in Dolin. Dolin hits a Bronco Buster on Lee for a two-count. The Personal Concierge distracts Dolin and the referee. Behind the referee’s back, Lee and Heather double-team Dolin. Lee gets a two-count and tags in Heather.
Heather works over Dolin and tags Lee back in. Lee stomps down on Dolin and Heather tags back in. Heather works Dolin over a little more in the corner and gets a two-count. Dolin is able to fight Heather off and tags in Paxley. Paxley comes in hot and drops down Heather a couple of times, followed by a step-up kick. Paxley hits a neckbreaker.
Heather tries to rush Paxley, but Paxley moves and Heather knocks Lee off the apron. Paxley tags in Dolin. Dolin and Paxley hit Cemetery Drive for the win!
Winners: Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley
Heather by Elegance is in the back with The Personal Concierge and Maggie Lee. Heather is upset about losing. The Personal Concierge says that they can’t let Ash know about what happened. Heather reminds him that the show is on TV, and The Personal Concierge knows they are screwed.
Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend come in and want a shot at the titles. Spitfire comes in and wants to enact their rematch clause. Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley come in and remind them that they just won and deserve a shot. Heather freaks out and offers to have a Four-Way Tag Team Match. The Personal Concierge tells Heather that Ash won’t be happy about the news.
A video package on Unbreakable 2005 airs. It focuses on the Triple Threat Match between Samoa Joe, Christopher Daniels, and AJ Styles.
Earlier today, AJ Francis was buying property in Las Vegas. He doesn’t have to worry about having two matches tonight at Unbreakable. He just has to make one Down Payment—like he just made on some property—to seal the bag: the TNA International Championship.
Joe Hendry and Masha Slamovich are in the back. At Unbreakable tonight, their titles might not be on the line, but the motivation is still the same. Hendry might not be 100%, but Slamovich is unbreakable. Hendry will try to prove that he’s the same. Slamovich says that Tessa Blanchard has been spitting on the place that built Masha. Blanchard has been getting under Slamovich’s skin, but Masha doesn’t break.
Before the match starts, the Four-Way Tag Team Match for the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Titles is confirmed. It will be The Elegance Brand vs. Spitfire vs. Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson vs. Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley at TNA Rebellion.
NXT’s Jakara Jackson with Lash Legend vs. Dani Luna with Jody Threat
Dani Luna goes for a lock-up, but Jakara Jackson ducks under. Luna is able to grab a headlock, which Jackson breaks up by going to the ropes. They lock up and roll to the mat. They stand back up in the lock-up until Jackson grabs a side headlock. Jackson tries to take Luna over, but Luna doesn’t budge. Luna breaks out of the hold and hits a tackle. Luna then throws Jackson overhead and hits a basement clothesline for a two-count.
Luna charges in the corner and Jackson lifts her over the ropes to the apron. Jackson distracts the referee and Lash Legend trips up Luna. The referee doesn’t like what she sees and ejects Legend from ringside. Legend refuses to leave. Another referee and security come out. Legend knocks a security guard out with a punch and then agrees to leave.
Jackson starts working over Luna on the outside. She throws her back into the ring and gets a two-count on a roll-up. Jackson locks on a cravat. Luna works out of it and slams Jackson. Luna misses a strike, which allows Jackson to drop down some strikes on Luna for a two-count. Jackson locks on a cravat again. Luna works out of it. Both women hit forearm strikes on each other.
Jackson is up first, but Luna blocks her strikes and clotheslines her down a couple of times. Luna picks up Jackson, but Jackson wiggles out. Luna is able to hit a running kick, though. Luna lifts up Jackson again, but Jackson fights out and hits a knee to the midsection. Luna recovers with a rope-assisted Blue Thunder Bomb for a two-count.
Luna whips Jackson into the corner hard. Luna rushes into the corner, but Jackson moves and hits a tornado DDT for a two-count. Jackson slams Luna’s head into the turnbuckles, but Luna shakes it off with a big clothesline and the Luna Landing for the win!
Winner: Dani Luna
Gia Miller gives Elijah, who is in the ring with his guitar, a special introduction. Elijah starts playing his guitar and the crowd claps along. He stops playing and wants to know who wants to walk with Elijah? Everyone does. Elijah starts playing the guitar again and begins singing about Frankie Kazarian being a cheater. He also sings that he’ll be helping Joe Hendry beat Kazarian and Ethan Page. Elijah says that at Rebellion, there will be a “Who Wants to Walk With Elijah” Open Challenge—open to anyone around the world in any company.
Ethan Page is in the back. He only has to worry about Rebellion, which is nice because his opponents will be wrestling at Unbreakable later tonight. Page wonders why Joe Hendry is making silly decisions by wrestling while injured. Page has already beaten Hendry when Joe was at 100%, so he can definitely beat him with a bad shoulder. Page will be at Rebellion and will be enjoying the whole show.
Brian Myers vs. Leon Slater
Brian Myers is flying solo tonight because the rest of The System is in Las Vegas to get ready for Unbreakable.
Myers trash-talks Leon Slater to start things off, telling him he’s a “green boy.” Myers sends Slater into the ropes, but Slater hits a tackle, a hip toss, and a dropkick. Slater sends Myers into the turnbuckles headfirst twice. Myers then fights back with a punch and a kick. Slater tries to fight back, but Myers stays on him. Myers hits a big kick to the back of Slater. Myers catches a kick from Slater, but Slater is able to hit a kick with the other leg. Slater then hits a handspring back elbow. Myers rolls to the outside. Slater goes for a dive, but Myers moves out of the way. Slater sets back up and goes for a dive over the ring post, but reads that Myers moved again.
Slater is able to grab Myers’ arms and pulls him into the ring post. Myers recovers and is able to drag Slater down and outside of the ring. Myers hits a Spear on the floor. Back from commercial, Myers is still in control. He slaps on a chinlock. Slater tries to fight back, but Myers trips him up. Slater starts to fight back, but Myers trips him up again and then clubs down on Slater while on the mat. Slater fights out of a chinlock and then hits a running kick.
Slater climbs to the top rope and hits a crossbody for a two-count. Slater tries to lift Myers, but Myers blocks it. Slater kicks Myers, but Myers recovers and goes for a running attack. Slater counters with a leg lariat for a two-count. Myers recovers with a couple of kicks and an Impaler DDT for a two-count.
Myers climbs to the top rope, but Slater kicks him, which sends Myers to the floor. Slater hits the Big Play Slater dive over the ring post. Slater sends Myers back into the ring, but Myers rolls back out of the ring and reaches for his jacket. Slater follows him out and sends him back into the ring. The referee disposes of the jacket, but Myers has his ring from The System. Slater gets in a shot, which causes Myers to drop the ring. The referee picks up the ring and disposes of it but doesn’t see Myers hit Slater with a low blow. Myers hits the Roster Cut for the win!
Winner: Brian Myers
