Trick Williams makes his way to the ring.
Trick says last week, he called Oba out to meet him in the ring and he hasn't heard from him since. Even if you are the champion, he is still the man in NXT. He has been the man since he decided to be his own man. He fought for this. He sacrificed for this. He lost a brother for this. He did all this for the Whoop That Era and made this the Trick Williams show. All of this success comes at a cost. He feels the hate in the back. They don't want him to shine or get back to the top. Trick says he gets it.
Je'Von Evans comes out and Trick tells him not to come out.
Trick says last week was collateral damage. It is time for the grown folks to talk.
Evans says he finally realized that he understands Trick now. Evans asks Trick when did he know it was his time? Evans says this time last year, you were him. When Trick won the title, he became NXT's golden child. Just like you, he wants that number one spot. The difference is that he doesn't need to break out of someone's shadow to get to that number one spot. He says he is ready now.
Trick says Je'Von is in his shadow now. You cannot related. Winning the title is great, but it is carrying and defending the title that is different. He says he is one of one.
Evans asks Trick if he heard what Trick said. You are one of one? You are the A Champion? You don't know who you are. You aren't Trick Williams. You are Carmelo Hayes. Evans says it makes sense. Everything you are telling him now is what Melo said to you last year. You are a hypocrite. You can talk down to him to feel better, but he has done what Trick hasn't been able to do, and that is drop Oba Femi.
Oba Femi's music plays and he asks Evans if he did something. He says it was a lucky shot.
Evans tells Oba he has his number. Did you forget about Deadline? Evans says he needed one more second to change history. You would not have beaten Trick because he would have had it. Evans says he will drop Oba's ass again to become champion in Las Vegas.
Oba tells Trick the champion is here and it is his time to speak. He sees a small boy with big dreams. You might be the future but you will not face him at Stand and Deliver. The now belongs to him.
Trick says the title match will be between him and Oba. He tells Evans to excuse himself.
Oba holds Evans back and Oba tells Trick if you spent less time talking, you might be champion now.
Ava's music plays and she comes out and says she has seen this before. There is only one way to settle this. Oba Femi will defend the title against Trick Williams . . . and Je'Von Evans in a Triple Threat Match.
Trick punches Evans an then he punches Oba but Oba punches back.
The lights go out and Dark State show up in the crowd.
They make their way into the ring and they go after Oba. They also go after Evans. They hit a catapult double back body drop on Evans and Oba is sent to the floor.
Trick gets in the ring and he stands between them.
Trick goes after Cutler and they all attack Trick. They hit the toss double power bomb on Trick.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Andre Chase is in the training room and he is told he has a cracked rib. He is told there is no time table.
Chase is asked if he has a ride home and Chase says he is all alone.
Uriah Connors and Kale Dixon tell Chase they are here for him.
We see Jaida and Jordynne fighting in HALLWAY and Jaida sends Grace into a truck gate.
Frazer tells Hank and Tank that they lost whatever they had.
Axiom tells Frazer not to be so mean.
Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes show up and they introduce themselves to Frazer and Axiom. They want to know how they measure up.
Frazer accepts their challenge and Axiom is not happy.
Roxanne Perez walks past and Baylor says there is a lot of talent around here.
Match Number Three: Roxanne Perez versus Kelani Jordan in a Ladder Match Qualifying Match
They lock up and Perez pushes Jordan on the break and Jordan pushes back. Jordan with a side head lock and take down. Jordan with a head scissors and Perez with a reversal. Jordan with a reversal. Perez with a jackknife cover and she gets a near fall. Perez with a leg sweep and cover followed by the same from Jordan. Perez wants a test of strength and Perez bridges and Jordan gets a near fall. Jordan gets a few more near falls. Perez gets the advantage on the knuckle lock and Perez gets a near fall. Perez with a victory roll for a near fall. Jordan gets a near fall. Perez with an arm wringer. Jordan with a rollup for a near fall. Jordan with a wrist lock.
Perez with a reversal and take down for a near fall. Perez with a La Magistral for a near fall. Perez with a bridge for a near fall. Jordan with a body scissors. Perez with a hammer lock. Jordan with a reversal. Perez with a side head lock and arm wringer. Jordan with an Irish whip and Perez floats over despite Jordan not charging into the corner. Jordan with an arm drag into an arm bar. Perez with a side head lock and she sends Jordan to the mat. Jordan blocks a punch or two and she slaps Perez. Jordan with a Tiger Feint arm drag and drop kick. Perez goes to the apron and Jordan with a face buster in the ropes followed by a hesitation leg drop to the back of the head for a near fall. Perez grabs the ring skirt and the referee puts it back in place and Perez rakes the eyes and sends Jordan shoulder first into the ring post.
Perez has the arm over the turnbuckle and Perez stomps on the arm. The referee checks on Jordan and Perez with a knee drop to the arm. Perez kicks Jordan in the ropes and gets a near fall. Perez wraps the arm in the rope and does more damage to the arm. Perez with a hammer lock and she sends Jordan shoulder first into the turnbuckles. Perez tries to do it again but Jordan sends Perez into the turnbuckles. Jordan with an inside cradle for a near fall. Jordan with a standing switch and a rollup for a near fall. Perez kicks out and sends Jordan into the turnbuckles. Perez misses a knee drop to the arm.
Jordan with forearms but Perez with an uppercut to the arm followed by a knee. Perez with a hammer lock Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Perez sends Jordan face first into the mat and connects with an elbow drop. Perez hyper-extends the arm and she gets a near fall. Perez with an arm bar. Perez with a hammer lock but Jordan with a flying mare. Perez sends Jordan to the apron and Perez drops Jordan's arm on the top rope. Perez sets to stomp on the arm again on the turnbuckle but Jordan with a leg sweep. Jordan with a forearm and Perez fires back. They continue the exchange. Jordan with a flurry of forearms and a flying forearm and clothesline. Jordan with a cartwheel back elbow. Jordan is sent face first to the mat by Perez and Perez with a drop kick to the ribs. Perez with a suicide dive.
Jordan drop kicks Perez off the apron and Jordan with a twisting pescado onto Perez. Jordan with a cross body and a sit out DDT for a near fall. Jordan gets Perez on her shoulders but Perez counters with an arm drag. Jordan blocks a back heel kick and Jordan with a step over heel kick. Jordan misses a split legged moonsault and Perez with a round off knee to the back of the head for a near fall. Perez slaps Jordan and Perez backs off. Jordan goes windmill with strikes. Jordan escapes Pop Rox. Perez with a waist lock but Jordan holds on to the ropes. Jordan with a kick to the knee followed by a DDT and a split legged moonsault for the three count.
Winner: Kelani Jordan
Stevie Turner apologizes for Swipe Right. She says they have been a headache.
Stone wants to talk about Stand and Deliver.
Ava says her focus is on Dark State. They will not intimidate them. Next week they are in a six man tag match. They will face Oba Femi, Je'Von Evans, and Trick Williams.
Sarah asks Ricky Saints about his match against Shawn Spears.
Ricky says it will take more than a cheap shot to take him out. Do you want to talk about history? He is not worried about the past. He is the future. He will be tricked out in gold tonight. You took a long time to taste glory but he will win tonight. The revolution will be televised and he will be the champion.
We go to commercial.
Zaria and Sol Ruca are in back and Zaria says she wants Sol with her at Stand and Deliver.
Kelani Jordan shows up and she says she beat one of the best champions. She is going to win the ladder match.
Sol says it will be her or Zaria who win.
Zaria wants to know what is going on and Sol says she has a qualifier next week.
Dark State is outside and they say no one knows when they will strike. Dion says the whole locker room is looking out for them. They wonder if Tony is watching.
Next week, Dark State faces Oba Femi, Je'Von Evans, and Trick Williams. Jordynne Grace faces Jaida Parker.
Match Number Four: Ricky Saints versus Shawn Spears (with Niko Vance, Brooks Jensen, and Izzi Dame) for the NXT Men's North American Title
The bell rings and Spears goes to the floor so Ricky with a suicide dive. Ricky with punches and chops around the ring. They return to the ring and Spears avoids a drop kick. Ricky wih a drop kick. Ricky sends Spears into the turnbuckles and connects with punches. Spears goes to the floor and Ricky comes off the apron but Spears with a kick. Saints with a back body drop on the floor. Saints goes to the ringside barrier to go Old School. Ricky poses on the ringside barrier and then he sends Spears back into the ring. Ricky goes up top and Spears goes up top and hits an overhead belly-to-belly superplex. Spears punches Ricky. Spears with a back breaker.
Spears goes to the floor and he moves the ring steps. Spears sends Ricky to the floor and Spears follows. Ricky with punches and Spears reverse an Irish whip and goes over the ring steps. Ricky comes off the ring steps and is met with a super kick. Spears with a back breaker onto the ring steps. Spears mocks Saints on the ring steps. They return to the ring. Spears gets a near fall. Spears with a forearm to the back. Saints with a punch and chops. Spears with a hard Irish whip and he punches Saints. Spears with a slam and he goes to the turnbuckles. Ricky punches Spears to stop him. Ricky goes up top and he connects with a forearm. Saints sets for a superplex but Spears with punches. Ricky with forearms. Saints with a super Jackhammer but he cannot make the cover.
Spears punches Ricky and Ricky punches back. They go back and forth. Ricky and Spears with chops. Ricky iwth punches. Spears with an Irish whip and Ricky with a series of clotheslines. Ricky tries for a tornado DDT but Spears pushes him away. Ricky with a spinebuster. Ricky sets for Roshambo but Spears gets to the floor. Ricky with a tornado DDT off the apron. Ricky sends Spears back into the ring and Niko gets on the apron. Izzi gives Spears the belt and Spears hits Ricky with it and Spears gets a near fall. Spears gets Ricky up for C4, but Ricky escapes and Ricky with a Death Valley Driver. Ricy brings Brooks into the ring and he knocks Niko off the apron. Ricky clotheslines Brooks over the top rope and he spears Niko. Ricky with a spear and Roshambo for the three count.
Winner: Ricky Saints (new champion)
After the match, Saints celebrates in the ring, but Ethan Page comes from behind and hits a cutter.
Page holds the title belt over Saints.
