Drew McIntyre walks in the back and he shows off his muscles.
Seth Rollins makes his way to the ring.
Seth welcomes everyone and he tells everyone who he is. Seth says it is cooking in here tonight. He says this is his favorite time of the year because it is almost Wrestlemania season. That kicks off Saturday when he wins the Royal Rumble. He says 2025 got off to a bad start for him. On the Netflix debut, he was laying in the ring against the rope, suffering his most embarrassing loss. He thought to himself 'who are you?'.
The crowd chants for Punk and Seth says he didn't look much better. Seth says he doesn't stay down for nothing. He stands up and when he is the most focused version, there is no one on the planet better than him. Seth says he started his path to redemption. It started last week when he beat Drew. It continues Saturday when he tosses everyone out. He doesn't give a damn. He is tossing them all out. John Cena . . . Jey Uso . . . Drew McIntyre . . . Sami Zayn . . . Roman Reigns . . he is especially tossing Roman out. The way he sees it, CM Punk is the last dude in this ring with him so he can toss him out over the top rope to crush his main eventing Wrestlemania dreams to dust. Seth says he is a man on a mission. Which title does he go after? Gunther, that sounds good. He is one of the best to do it in the ring. He is holding it until Seth decides to go after it. Then there is the other title. There is Cody Rhodes.
He says it would be fitting to take the title from Cody that he helped him win last year. He wants to put it to a vote.
Gunther's music interrupts and he makes his way to the ring.
Seth asks Gunther if he is keeping it warm.
Gunther asks Seth where has he been the last few months. Gunther says he was defending the title last Saturday against a clown in Jey Uso. Gunther reminds the crowd that he beat Jey's ass. He knows where Seth has been. Whining, crying, and complaining about all the soap opera drama. You have forgotten what is important. You should block that noise out and try to win the Royal Rumble. Gunther says he doesn't know if Seth has it in him.
Seth says that title you are wearing around your waist, that wouldn't exist without him. That title, it is not synonymous with you. Seth says it is the title he built. He says he is not Jey Uso, Finn Balor, or Damian Priest.
Gunther says he knows who Seth is. He says Seth was one of the best in this company and you created so many moments for the fans. It is 2025 and you are not the best wrestler in this company. Gunther says he is and the title around his waist proves it. He tells Seth to please go and win the Royal Rumble. He tells Seth to challenge him at Wrestlemania. Gunther says he will make Seth feel the same way after being in the ring with him. The only name synonymous with this title is his . . . GUNTHER.
Logan Paul's music interrupts and he makes his way to the ring.
Logan says you two think you are special and unique. You command attention like this because you are great at wrestling. Logan says he commands attention because he is great at everything. He says this is the Netflix era and this company needs a new face. A face oozing with charisma. A face oozing with couth and confidence. Logan says these two nimrods don't have it. You are both good at wrestling, but you have hit your ceiling while Logan says he is on the first floor, climbing the stairs.
If there is anything you need to be worried about is the man who built his WWE career faster than either of you. He says he is entering the Royal Rumble. He won't throw 29 men out. He will work smarter than everyone else. When he wins the Royal Rumble, he will main event Wrestlemania and he can choose anyone. He can choose Cody Rhodes, or . . . he can choose Gunther.
Gunther says he has changed his mind and he wants Logan to win the Royal Rumble. Then he can go to Wrestlemania and embarrass Logan and wipe that smirk off his face.
Seth says he likes that and he says Gunther will be the one embarrassed if he decides to get his title back.
Seth cakles and then he leaves the ring.
Cathy Kelley is in the back with CM Punk. She asks him about Logan in the Rumble.
Punk says he will fare the same way as everyone not named CM Punk. He says he is going to win.
Sami Zayn shows up and Sami says he heard what Punk said about him not being on his level. Sami says they are not on the same level because one of them is a Wrestlemania main eventer.
Sami walks away but looks over his shoulder.
Karrion Kross says Sami is the talk of the industry. He says we know last week was an accident.
Sami tells Kross to stop what he is doing because he has enough on his plate.
Kross tells Sami to listen to Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens. He says this is the best chance Sami has had to win the Rumble. Don't think with your heart, think with your head. There is a world of opportunity waiting for you.
Sami bumps into Cody Rhodes and Sami walks past.
Jackie Redmond is with Grayson Waller and Austin Theory, who are sitting in the front row, despite being on the Raw roster.
Austin says he is no stranger to Raw or winning championships. He is rolling into Raw with Grayson Waller into his home town and he says he is best thing to come out of this town. Waller says they are hungry and motivated. They are here to take over Atlanta.
Waller says they aren't worried about any of the tag teams. Theory talks about the tag title match. Neither of those teams have a shot against them.
The Creeds are also in the crowd because they are also on the Raw brand.
Match Number One: JD McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio versus Erik and Ivar for the Raw Tag Team Championships
JD and Finn go after Erik and Ivar. Ivar is sent to the floor and Dom and JD with a double drop toe hold followed by a leg drop from JD. Dom with a suicide dive to Ivar. Erik punches Dom but JD with a jaw breaker. Dom with a neck breaker. JD with an Asai Moonsault onto Ivar and he hits the announce table. Dom with a rollup for a near fall after Erik goes into the ring post. Dom with kicks to Erik. Dom with a forearm and JD tags in. JD with a kick to Erik in the corner. JD with forearms and Dom tags in and he connects with shoulders. JD tags in and so does Ivar. Ivar with a back body drop and a tilt-a-whirl side slam to Dom followed by a cross body. Ivar with an Irish whip to JD and JD floats over.
Ivar with a seated splash in the corner and JD rolls to the floor. Ivar misses a shoulder and he goes over the ringside barrier. Dom is caught by Erik and Erik power bombs Dom into JD. Ivar goes onto the ringside barrier and he hits a cannonball. Ivar chops Dom against the apron and he sends JD back into the ring but JD goes to the floor and back into the ring. JD kicks Ivar away and Dom makes the tag without Ivar seeing it. Dom with forearms to the back and then he poses. Dom chokes Ivar in the ropes. Dom with punches and shoulders. JD tags in and they hit a double belly-to-back suplex for a near fall.
JD with a reverse chin lock. ivar with punches to JD followed by an elbow to the top of the head. JD with a snap mare and Dom tags in and hits a slingshot senton for a near fall. JD tags in and Ivar busts through a double clothesline attempt and he hits a handspring double back elbow. Erik tags in and Erik with an exploder to Dom followed by kicks. Erik with a release Blue Thunder Bomb. Erik with a full nelson and a knee to JD in the back of the neck. Dom avoids a clothesline and Erik hits a uranage. Erik with a knee to the head and he gets a near fall. Dom escapes the toss power slam and JD tags in. Erik with a knee. Erik and Ivar tag each other in and they set for War Machine but JD escapes. JD with a head butt to Erik. Ivar with a kick in the corner.
Ivar goes to the turnbuckles and JD with a kick to stop Ivar. JD with Devil Inside off the turnbuckles for a near fall. Dom tags in and he goes up top for a frog splash but he misses and rolls through. Ivar with a Spin Kick of Doom. JD distracts the referee and Carlito pulls Erik off the apron and Carlito spits some apple into Ivar's face. Dom with a 619 and he tags in JD, who might have been in the ring for the tag JD hits a moonsault and Dom tags in and hits a frog splash for a near fall. Erik sends JD over the top rope to the floor. Carlito gets on the apron and Ivar punches him to the floor. Ivar is sent into teh ropes and Erik makes the tag. Erik and Ivar hits War Machjne for the three count.
Winners: Erik and Ivar (retain championship)
Ludwig Kaiser stops Pete in the back and he brings up his loss.
Pete tells Kaiser to be careful.
Kaiser says they need to show them how to act.
Kofi and Woods say they are right.
Kaiser and Dunne walk away.
Cathy shows up and says that Woods will face Rey Mysterio tonight.
Kofi says that Atlanta's greatest son has returned.
Cathy asks if they are talking about Bron Breakker, Austin Theory, or Cody Rhodes.
Woods says he is going to win in front of his family tonight. Kofi asks if they are here yet. Woods says he hasn't heard from them but he spent a lot of money on those front row tickets.
